The new external DVD writer Pioneer DVR-S806 is capable to recording at up to 16x write speed on DVD-R/+R media, and up to 4x write speed on DVD +R DL (Double Layer) Disc’s.

USB 2.0 and IEEE 1394 FireWire Ports realize high-speed processing of a large volume of data, enable you to more smoothly and easier burn data onto a DVD Disc and Playback it.

You can write in approx. seven minutes 4.7 GB of data, or store up to 8.5 GB on Double Layer (DL) media. The DVR-S806 enchances a wide range of DVD Applications including the authoring, editing and storing of video files, developing Digital Music and much more.
